PodCasts

Podcasts are instructional videos that can be downloaded to your computer or iPod. There are a few ways view them.
iTunes/iPod::
In iTunes, click Advanced->"Subscribe to Podcast" and all the videos will be displayed. Once subscribed, new episodes will be displayed on your device (computer or iPod) without you having to go get them each time. You will be asked for this [http://www.vingtsun.ca/podcasts/cvta_podcast_feed.xml] when subscribing. You can also right-click the "Download for iTunes/iPod" button below and save the file. Then just open it in iTunes like any other video or song.
